Equivalent of UBlueprintGeneratedClass::GetLifetimeBlueprintReplicationList() but returns a list of FProperty instead.
Iterates through all Blueprint member variables that are marked to replicate, for the direct passed in UClass and all its Blueprint parent, until no parent Blueprint is found.
