Initializes attribute data from a meta DataTable.
The only difference with UAttributeSet::InitFromMetaDataTable() is:
- That this overrides filters out trailing "_C" from AttributeSet class names, used when doing a lookup in the datatable. 2. Adds support for attribute clamping with Min / Max values columns in DataTable
